Symptoms may include suicidal thoughts, change in sleeping pattern, feelings of worthlessness and guilt,impared concentration, loss of energy and fatigue, loss or increase of appetite and weight, insomnia or hypersomnia, retardation or agitation,and social withdrawal. Symptoms must occur for at least two weeks with no evidence of a primary underlying disorder.
